How we calculate the work
Painting
By square metre of walls and ceilings, with preparation, surface condition, paint and number of coats specified. Floor area alone does not tell us how much needs painting.
Electrical & lighting
By fitting or electrical point, allowing for existing wiring, access, equipment and testing. New cable routes or repairs are assessed separately.
Cameras & home automation
By device and installation requirements, including mounting, power, connectivity, configuration and a practical demonstration. Equipment and subscriptions are identified separately.
Fault-finding & technical support
By the time needed to diagnose and resolve the problem. We agree the initial charge and a spending limit before starting any hourly work.
Renovations
By measured quantities and individual work packages, coordinated into a project quotation. Materials, specialist trades and finishing work are defined together.

Call or send photos by WhatsApp. Let us know the town, the work you have in mind and your preferred timing. You do not need exact measurements to start.
We assess what is needed
We may give an initial estimate from your description. Where an inspection is needed, we agree the visit and any assessment charge beforehand. The estimate may change once we can see the property.
You receive a clear written quote
Your quotation sets out the agreed work, materials, exclusions and total including applicable IVA. Any additional work and its cost must be agreed before we proceed.
